Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We test the site with automated accessibility tools and keyboard checks, and we fix the problems we find.
What we have done
- A "Skip to content" link and visible keyboard focus on every page
- Labels on all form fields, including search and newsletter sign-up
- Text descriptions for product images
- Text colors checked for readable contrast

Accessibility is ongoing work, and some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. Some features, such as checkout, payment and our returns portal, are provided by other companies.
