Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase or delivery date. Returned items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method for the original amount paid, less original shipping fees. If we sent you the wrong item, your return is fully refunded. If your item arrives defective, email us and we will send you a new one.
How to start a return
- Visit our returns portal: jewelrycatholic.aftership.com
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Select the item(s) to return and receive a prepaid USPS return label by email.
The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. Please ship your return within 14 days of requesting your label.
Refund processing
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 business days for processing. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
